Rainy Neon Streets

Ever since Unreal Engine 5 was announced I wondered what it would be like to make a neon themed environment with it. I have had a lot of fun making this environment and learned quite a few new things about making shaders! My goal was to add more movement to this environment than that I usually do. I am pretty happy with the result! The rain was a fun challenge.
